As a yoga teacher I help students awaken in awareness of their true selves by guiding them to experience the present moment directly.  Through the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness we anchor our awareness in the present moment and make ourselves available to the miracle of living in the now.

As we practice asana—the physical practice of yoga—we engage directly with the present moment through the sensations in our body. Releasing habitual tension and opening to our breathing, we make more space for health, vitality, and joy.
